custom orders will take longer, depending on the scope of the project. please allow 15-20 working days for us to process and manufacture your sign, prior to shipping.

marleen ships internationally with canada post.  postage and packaging is dependent on size, weight and destination. specific shipping charges for each product are calculated at checkout.

your order will be confirmed by email and you will be emailed tracking details when it is shipped.  please remember to check your junk mail folder. 

if you have not received it within 20 working days, please contact marleen to arrange a trace.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post* and delivered anywhere in Canada. You choose the address that works best for you (your home, office, or the home of a friend or family member) and we do the rest! Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post’s online tracking tool. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

*Another shipping company may be used to ship online-only items. Please note that these items are only available for home delivery.
