jack & sparrow accepts credit cards, paypal, and payments made by bank transfer/deposit (RBC canada).

for wholesale orders, only bank transfer/deposit are accepted.

jack & sparrow is happy to meet obligations under the consumer guarantees act if art has been wrongly described or is faulty.

in this instance, please contact jack & sparrow within 7 days of receipt. store credits/exhanges will only be considered if artwork is returned in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt.

your satisfaction in the quality of the item is

paramount, however, most pieces are cut to order (just for you!).

jack & sparrow does not offer change of mind returns.

cancellation/change of mind on custom work before the item has been finalised for cutting will incur a $80USD charge for design work. once the design has been finalised and programmed for cutting, marleen is unable to provide a refund for cancellation/change of mind.

if you have received something from jack & sparrow and it is damaged please email marleen@jackandsparrow.com as soon as possible. please keep all packaging and email photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving the item. if the item is deemed to have been damaged in transit, the courier will collect the item and packaging from you. jack & sparrow will replace the item as soon as possible.

in canada, many of jack & sparrow’s most recent pieces are only sold through stockists.
